Shana Crosson 
Shana Crosson is a private education consultant. She previously served as the Manager of Outreach and Education at U-Spatial (University of Minnesota - Twin Cities), focusing on integrating geospatial technologies and spatial thinking across the curriculum in higher education and K-12. She co-led a UMN GIS in K-12 collaborative to accelerate geospatial literacy and GIS use for teaching in the K-12 environment, building on a partnership with the Minnesota GIS/LIS Consortium that encourages and supports educators using geospatial tools in Minnesota K-12 education. She has collaborated with many teachers across the state through GIS curriculum development, workshops, and support.
