Dennis Tumberg
Dennis is the GIS Specialist for the city of Chanhassen, he coordinates the GIS and Asset Management work for the city. Prior to joining Chanhassen, Dennis worked for Carver County, the city of Inver Grove Heights, and Short Elliott Hendrickson, where he worked with clients throughout the state of Minnesota.
He graduated from Alexandria Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science in GIS. He also received a Bachelor of Science, Finance emphasis from Bemidji State University.
Dennis has been involved in the Jaycees, Lions and is an active member/volunteer in his church. Being on the GAC is a new opportunity to do whatever he can to improve the already strong geospatial community in Minnesota.
