Jeffrey Bloomquist
Jeff has been with the US Department of Agriculture for over 16 years developing and applying geospatial analysis for supporting farm programs and policy. He is currently working with the USDA Risk Management Agency's Business Analytics Division which supports compliance-based activities using the latest geospatial technology. Prior to this, he served as the GIS Specialist for the USDA Farm Service Agency supporting all geospatial applications and data development at both a state and national level.
Jeff received a B.A. in Urban and Regional Studies and Geography from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and an M.S. in Resource Analysis from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Winona.
